Responsibilities include:-

a)To monitor the repairing/overhauling work of major sub-assemblies of heavy earth moving equipments like,hydraulic transmission hydraulic pumps, steering control valve, differential assemblies, suspension assemblies, air circuit of 50T CAT-773B, CAT-773D,85T CAT-777B,50T,85T and 100T komastu and beml dumpers, dozers-beml and komatsu made,grades-beml made and drill machine.

b) Experience in maintenance of centrifugal and rotary pump.

c)Experience in maintenance of blower and heat exchanger.

d)Indenting and material planning of dumper, motor grader, dozer,drill machine.

e)Experience in maintenance of all type of engine used in heavy earth moving equipments.

f)Tyre management- To keep all the records of tyres such as tread depth,fitment,toe in and toe out, life and how to improve the life of tyres which are used in dumpers, wheel dozers and motor grader.

g)Knowledge in hydraulic system, equipments planning, equipments deployments, cost analysis, ISO system and ERP.

Achievement:

- During the period I was awarded by the unite for the modification work i have carried out in CAT773B model dumper in the hydraulic and air circuit and brake system of motor grader and saved around 2 lacks of the company.

PREVIOUS EXPRIENCE

2. Joined M/S Hooghly Mills (P) Ltd. as Engineer Trainee in 9th Nov.2004 and working with this company for five months(Feb.2005). During this I have given the responsibility for the maintenance work of chain roller type machinery.
