African Explosives limited (1998 - Present)
Area Manager, Site Manager (April 2003 - Present) Duty tour in Ghana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Egypt.
* Currently managing an Emulsion Plant and Mobile Manufacturing Units in fast growing operations at Sukari Gold Mine, Egypt.
* Lead three subsequent customer service sites to the best World Class Rated operations in African Explosives Limited (AEL).

* Drill rigs management in terms of blasthole drilling and maintenance scheduling, consumable and spares coordination.
* Supervised the development of mining technology associated with the application of third generation electronic detonators and underground bulk systems at Zimplast, Ngezi mine in Zimbabwe.
