Objective
To take my skills and talent that I've acquired as a craftsman and business owner and put them to use for a highly respected, reputable company. To put my natural leadership skills and ability to supervise to work for a company that takes pride in it's quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Most recently I have owned my own framing business for the last 9 years. I have continued to work on the job sites to ensure my product is nothing less than exceptional. With my experience in the construction industry being so varied, I have gained my Class A to operate various tractors, trailers, trucks, and pieces of equipment. I have always maintained and worked on my own equipment and vehicles, my skill and experience in mechanics dates back to when I was a teenager working out of our own garage. My skills are diverse, as I have worked in many areas of construction, including roofing, siding, block, plumbing, stucco, demolition, and general remodeling. I have also worked both residential and commercial, single family and multi-family projects. I work well with others, possess strength in leadership, and communicate well with homeowners/ clients, contractors, inspectors, and other subs alike I have experience in heavy equipment operations including- skid steers, many all terrain fork-lifts (Petty bone, Lull, Ingersol-Rand, New Holland), dump trucks, day cab tractor trailer, doc trucks, clam trucks, mini track hoes, and a variety of tractors. My driving record is clean and health card current.

7/2008-1/2009 Ice O-Metric Contracting Inc., Big Lake, MN
General laborer. We worked on the St. Cloud Army National Guard helicopter base addition. I installed a foam insulated steel panel system and commercial grade steel trim. Misc. steel framing. All Commercial.
2/2003- 6/2008: Morlock Construction, Zimmerman, MN
Owner and supervisor for framing crew. I read blueprints, created bids, and framed new construction and remodel, while acting as the job superintendent for the builders that I worked for. Jobs have included both single family and multi-family projects.
9/2005-7/2005 Brylock Contractors, Gulf Port, MS
Partner/ owner. This was a partnership that was formed by myself and another individual in response to the need for workers in MS after Katrina. Most of our work was non-profit, and when I say non-profit, I mean we did not charge for our services. We did demolition and rebuilding both residential and commercial.
