RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Preparing of Tender Required Documents for Submission.
* Development of Project Estimate by coordinate with AGM,GM & Collecting RFQ as per projects estimate from vendors,
* Prepare Project Synopsis, Bid Preparation Schedule and help co-ordinate Tender kick-off meetings between various Departments/Clients, JV companies & the in-house Plant Engineering Division.
* Preparing of BOQ from P & I Diagram. Preparing of Man & Machineries Bar chart by using MS projects, Programme Schedule, etc.
* Designs and verifies various types of Commercial Agreements and Contract.
* Monitor project planning and scheduling to ensure that contracts observe and implement contractual obligations by informing project management team of any problem areas such as shortfalls in progress, late deliverables, manpower and productivity.
* Follow-up of contracts & execute project site work as per agreements conditions.
* Planning & scheduling of required Men's, Machineries & Material daily for ongoing project.
* Checking progress of works to reach daily task of project, Inspection of work & material as per as Client method task & Specifications.
* Preparing of daily inventory report by collecting information data from store keepers to prepare Material Request (MR).
SEP 2006-SEP 2009: Worked as Contracts Engineer (Proposal/Estimate/Qty'surveyor) in "Business Development" in M/s CORAMANDEL INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD, HYDERABAD, INDIA
