# Senior Electrical Design Engineer
As Electrical Design Engineer my responsibilities are covering many aspect, mainly perform detailed designing and engineering analysis of electrical and mechanical system, such as:
n Study and investigation of technical specifications n Calculations are covering; MVA net and impacts, voltage drop, efficiency, short circuit impedance, symmetrical and unsymmetrical faults current, no load and load losses characteristic, magnetic force n Determines material which is suitable against short circuit characteristicn Determines mechanical aspect such as mechanical force and creepage distance for active partn Determines earthing or grounding and impact againts of systemn Review to optimalize distance to reduce impact of creepage distancen Review breakdown and creepage distance voltagen Prepares, support technical data, and supervise measurements and tests. (impuls test, applied overvoltage test, induced overvoltage test, measurements of voltages ratio, vector group test, measurement of winding resistances and insulation resistances)n Defines the accessories of the transformer based on the specifications and correlate with other departments and design department section as: Fans, Pump, OLTC, DETC, Bushing, Protective Devices, Terminal blocks, Type of Control cabinet, Circuit Breakers, Lightning Arrester, Neutral Earthing Resistor, etc.n To support other departments such as sales, after sales, purchasing, production, and testbay for technical clarificationn Makes and Releases PR for accessories of the transformer
# Project Engineer Besides my job above, I still another job as Project Engineer and at this position my responsibilities are: n To ensure the completeness of project document n To coordinate the project (time schedule, material quality, etc) internally (with logistic, purchasing, production, finace, quality assurance and sales department) and externally (with Suppliers, Sub Contractors for materials quality and compliance)n To control the project budgetn To clarify technical question from customer n To coordinate and answer technical question from and for customern Preparing drawings required for approval to customer n Makes the transformer bookn To support technically on the after sales departmentn Ensure that all activities are performed within the requested time frameAchievements: ¨ Designed Distribution Transformer for oil and LNG company such as Petronas, RasGas, Oman LNG, Sohar Refinery, etc.¨ Designed Power Transformer for power plant such as Transend, Aurora Energy, TransPower, Medelec Switchgear, Electric Corporation Saudi Arabia, Gooder, PLN, etc.

Tasks & Responsibilities: n Supervised installation of 150 kV switchyard equipments such as Disconnecting Switch, Circuit Breaker, Lighting Arrester, Current Transformer, Capacitor Voltage Transformer, Power Transformern Supervised installation of 20 kV distribution system such as incoming and outgoing cubicle, Distribution Transfprmern Supervised of pulling out cables for each equipmentsn Made Transformer acceptance and initial inspection proceduresn Made battery commissioning and testing proceduresn Energized transformer and others power equipment n Perform insulation resistance test, continuity test and fuction testn Coordinate and sequence sub-contractors work and direct works to prevent delaysn Identify and record any projects' quality problemsn Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of projects' nonconformityn Control further processing of non-conforming works until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been correctedAchievements: ¨ Completed New Purwakarta Substation - 150/20 kV Project within requested time frame
