Over 20 years experience running, grind, crushing, milling and maintenance/repair of all types of equipment
* Experience at training inexperienced mill / mine workers
* Accustomed to working long hours in remote camp environments.
* Excellent safety record
* Exceptional warehousing, shipping, inventory and computer skills
* Dedicated, professional attitude, and willing to relocate
* Currently MSHA certified
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Offering over 20 years valuable experience at several mining operations
Acquired numerous skills while working in the mining industry: gold room smelting, running gravity, flotation and concentration circuits, keeping computer databases and managing and training mill crews
* Doing various flotation and grind sampling
* Expert knowledge of chemicals wet and dry, and different ores and optimum recovery of them. Also reagent handling, cyanide, xanthate, lime, copper sulfate, caustic soda, flocculants, frothers
*Experience working at both Placer and Hardrock, surface and underground mines, also skilled at operating all types of heavy equipment
*Years of experience at maintenance and repair of crushing equipment, conveyor belts, mill pumps and miscellaneous mill and mine equipment
* Have always made improvements to the crushing system through maintenance and repair (welding and cutting and mechanics), monitored all equipment, Jaw crusher, standard cone crusher, shorthead cone crusher, screen decks and conveyor systems, lube systems and apron feeders
*10+ years experience training unskilled mine workers in a supervisory level, organized daily work schedules, assigned tasks, conducted safety meetings, maintained positive relations and morale among co-workers, maintained excellent safety records while keeping all required deadlines, also keep downtime record logs and production reports while keeping systems operating at peak performance
