I have 20 years of experience in mineral processing of precious and base metals and industrial minerals, including operations, troubleshooting and auditing. I also have extensive experience in analytical and metallurgical laboratory methods and operations.
Prior to becoming a consulting process engineer, I worked at several gold mines, was employed ten years with Newmont International Services and Newmont Mining Corporation and contracted for 4 years, as a Research Associate, for the Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada, Reno.

* Scoping study and process technology development for a Cu-Au deposit in Kyrgyzstan (Eurasian Minerals),

* Owners Representative for project management and engineering oversight of a gold plant expansion in Venezuela (Hecla Mining),
* Valuation and process optimization audits on flotation plants, smelter and base metal refinery for a platinum group metals producer in Montana (Stillwater Mining),
* Decreased operating costs at several US mineral processing precious metal plants by over $100,000/year (Nevada),
