* Verify the quality of the Contractor design documents by selective checking of engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, requisitions and related documents, and leading process systems engineering and technical meetings and reviews
* Support the preparation of a watertight engineering design during the Front End Development phase of the Project
* The Contractor executes the detailed process design work of the Project on time, within budget, and with no significant change, quality, or rework problems later.

Responsible for ensuring that the plant process operates effectively in order to produce the quality and quantity of metals planned, cost effectively by coordinating labour, equipment and services as required.
To plan, monitor, control and co-ordinate all aspects of the Concentrator Department operations, Maintenance and Technical functions to ensure that all planned Mine Ore arisimgs are treated at maximum recovery, minimum cost and safely.
Initiate and develop forward capital project plans to ensure the continued capacity of the plant to meet forecast ore arisings.
Evaluate and develop Concentrator Department procedures in order to provide clear guidance for subordinates in performing their tasks.
Direct, plan and control the Operating, Capital and Manpower Budgets for the Concentrator Department to support the annual Concentrating activities and ensure alignment with plan and allocation.
Prepare and review Concentrator technical reports in order to ensure the accuracy of data and timely submission to top management of the Company.
Direct, control and evaluate Concentrator Department Metallurgical Services, Engineering, Special Projects and QA/QC activities to ensure adequate support is provided to all sections and Departments within the Company.
