CAREER SUMMARY & GOALS/TARGETED POSITIONS
I am a seasoned American Registered Professional Civil Engineer with a record of success on diverse career experiences through out the United States, Central America, and the Middle East. Have a record of repeated successes in administration of diverse, challenging projects in difficult, harsh environments. Major project challenges were accomplished through development of teamwork while working with other Americans, as well as with people of various nationalities, races, languages, customs, and professional backgrounds. Key management assignments with the US Federal Highway Administration; Kuwait's Ministry of Public Works; and Saudi Aramco, followed solid technical experience gained with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and major companies including Brown & Root, Fluor Corporation, and with the Bureau of Engineering of the City of Los Angeles. After 7 years service I resigned from the Florida DOT.
Currently, I am interested in high level management roles with responsibilities for leading Project Teams in the Planning, Development, and Implementation of Challenging Major Projects. Short Term Consulting Assignments will also be considered.
