As HSE Manager in the Oil & Gas Industry:
Lead the team in the provision of HSE consultant to the Operation Managers, Project Managers, Research & Development Projects, support to all Divisions Managers and Corporate.
Provide HSE advice to Project Teams e.g. ‘Operations and Construction activities, etc.
Maintain of the HSE Management System, Value Assurance and Asset Integrity Management Systems in compliance with ISOs standards, safety aspects and support the continuous development and implementation of HSE business Cases.
Oversee the investigation and reporting of incidents. Maintain the (HSE) incident and recommendation tracking system and support implementation of Incident Reporting System.
Ensure that appropriate Induction and HSE training including regulations testing is conducted.
Provide guidance to mixed discipline teams working to achieve results against deadline schedules.
Ability to work in various relationships including those with local government officials situations.
Ability to develop engagement strategies aimed at broad front of potential objectors, which will be central to maintaining a license to operate.
Liaise with contractor HSE Representatives especially with regard to their safety aspects and to provide general HSE advice.
