I oversaw all logistical planning and site operations for multiple overseas remote site geophysics jobs. I coordinated prejob planning and preparations to include: airfare, visas, equipment, staff health and safety, liaison with client pre-post job to ensure quality and satisfaction of product, job scheduling, and crew rotations. On site supervisor role included: quality control, implementation of multiple company safety polices (Khumsup as well as host company), daily work schedules, motivation and mental well being of staff, training local labor, daily organization and direction of Khumsup staff as well as local labor. Liaison between multiple parties to ensure overall success of the job (Khumsup management, Host company management and data process management). Held full responsibility for overall job success.

I was responsible for overall safety of mine exploration and daily operations to include: preparation for entry into mine, production and installation of anchor systems for rappelling into stopes, maintenance of all rappelling equipment as well as classroom instruction and practical application of safe rappelling/ rope work techniques.
Key Achievements:
* Provided class room instruction and practical application of rappelling procedures as well as use of rope and safety equipment in underground survey operations.
* Oversaw overall safety of staff in an extremely high risk environment with 100% success rate (no injuries or accidents occurred during my time with Thai Gold Fields).
* Compiled report on underground drill access in Khao Soon Mine, Khao Soon, Nakon Si Thammarat, Thailand

As member of reconnaissance team I am proficient at mission planning, advanced patrolling, advanced radio communications, advanced land navigation, reconnaissance and surveillance techniques, fast-roping, rappelling, calling for artillery and close air support, small boat operations, and clandestine amphibious operations. I spent one year with a Battalion Recon Platoon and two years with a Force Company. During my time with a Force platoon I became proficient in deep reconnaissance, direct action, and the control of supporting arms. During this time I received multiple classes on small unit leadership.

* Shooter/ Machine Gunner for 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, Deep Reconnaissance/ Direct Action Platoon: Conducted Direct Action raids and recon missions in the Hit/ Hadeatha corridor, Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
* Awarded Certificate of Commendation for superior professional performance in Iraq: 1 Mar 2005
* Participated in two cross training exercises in the Philippines (Ternate with Pilipino Force Recon Co. and Fort Magsaysay with Pilipino Army Rangers).
* Conducted instruction on clandestine waterborne insertion techniques to Singapore UDT.
* Conducted humanitarian mission to East Timor.
* Deployed twice to Thailand to work with and instruct Thai Recon Teams in Direct Action missions.
* Successfully conducted two deployments with 31st MEU.
