MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Since my childhood the studies of science and especially environment have interested me profoundly. Having joined the university in the second year, I facilitated in conserving of a small wetland so that people get enough water for their animals and domestic use during dry season and not only did I end on this I participated in the construction of two fish ponds for conserving the aquatic biodiversity and improving diet (fish protein) of the local community especially those who can not afford to buy meat and milk as a source of proteins.

I have also participated in the opening of IECDAA( Integrated Environment and Disaster Assessment for Africa) a newly established NGO so that environmental graduates can get jobs and participate in raising environmental issues in an organized way.

Thankfully I have also found time over the past few years to cultivate interests and skills unrelated to environment. One of the most important of these has been community services. During my holydays helped Mara Clinic in supplying free worm tablets and teaching them to use clean water and during my final year I did research on The effect of fuel wood scarcity (renewable energy) on women and children, I worked with the local community to ensure that these renewable energies are used effectively to avoid environmental and health effects on women and children, more emphasizes were put on the use of improved technologies like the use of improved stoves to improve clean cooking conditions in the kitchen, conserve the consumption of fuel wood, avoid environmental pollution and degradation.

Another more recent interest of mine is the fascinating real of business. Am currently running a restaurant business, during my vacation of senior six I worked as assistant restaurant manager were I gained skills and love for this business and I hope in two years time I will employee more than 10 qualified personal.
