Cement Manufacturing Services is a support organization for the group companies / project owners. In a joint responsibility together with them the project definition, planning as well as the project execution is managed.
The project managers are responsible for projects since study phase over planning, realization and until commissioning of cement plants, expansions and modernizations. Over 12 of the engineers are delegated as project directors to the projects sites. Tendering and contract negotiations with the main suppliers are one of the main activities during the planning phase.
