• Provide technical services support for the Yanacocha Mine, which includes metallurgical testwork consisting of bottle roll tests, column leach tests, load permeability tests, new technology, such as reverse osmosis, etc...
• Responsible for optimization of process operations, which includes leaching, Merrill Crowe, Carbon-in-Columns, Refinery and Water Treatment Plants.
• Responsible for Chemical Assay Lab.

• Responsible for over 180-employees and all administrative duties; budgets, permitting.

• Managed 66 Chilean professionals and skilled workers for startup of the leach pad and ADR Plant at the Refugio Mine situated at 14,800-ft elevation (4,500 meters).
• Leached through the first winter of startup with -400C temperatures.
• Increased monthly gold production from 4,000 ounces at startup to above forecasted level of 24,000 (record to this day) ounces at end of contract.
