Due to the remote location of Queenstown and the large number of different coach and buses some repairs require the technician to be resourceful. The role of Technician at Titan Plant Services involved the start up of a specialised workshop for the company as well as taking on the more complex repairs and diagnostic fault finding on Volvo Trucks and buses. In my position I used my overseas experience to assist the workshop foreman in running the workshop effectively and also implementing standards and procedures to ensure a 'second to none' style operation.
