WORK HISTORY:

I am currently working in my eighth year as a Safety Officer as follows:

* August 1998 – September 2001 – Employed as Plant Safety Officer with Andhra Petro Chemicals Limited, Vishakapatnam region, A.P. Work involved safety program as related to Plant Safety environment, competent with the use of advanced Fire Fighting Techniques to include Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants Systems, the proper use of Fire Extinguishers, implementation of Plant House Keeping plan, plus the implementation of Safety Procedures for gantry cranes usage.
* October 2001 – December 2006 – Employed as Site Safety Officer with Nagarjuna Construction Company, LTD. Implemented safety program related to major construction sites to include road works, highway overpasses, bridge construction, residential, commercial and industrial complexes. Conducted site safety audits, implemented and lead weekly tool box meetings. Met with Company management staff to discuss site safety plan and means of improvement.
* May 2007 – August 2007 – Employed as Safety Officer with First Kuwaiti Trading & Construction Company within its Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Projects. Responsible for Safety Plan as related to Oil and Gas construction projects. Proper containment techniques and fire fighting as related to oil and gas sources.
* August 2007 – Present – Employed as Safety Manager with First Kuwaiti Trading and Construction Company on the US Embassy project in Libreville, Gabon (west Africa). Responsible for implementing safety plan per US standards – familiar with the EM384 US safety manual.
Conducted safety orientation briefing for new hires, etc. Conducted site safety audits, reported to the site Project Manager and attended weekly safety meetings with US Government site staff.

* Implementation of Plant Safety like maintenance of Sprinkler Systems, Advanced Fire Fighting Techniques, Electrical safety at T/T Gantry during loading and unloading process etc.
