1) Preparation of drilling machine and equipments such as:

2) Preparation of drilling materials, supplies and spare parts:
a) Diamond bit – casing shoe bit, coring bit, stabilizer and reaming shell b) Casing – PW, HW, NW, BW, AW
c) Left Rod –NW
e) Rods – PQ, HQ, NQ, BQ and AQ
f) Tools – pipe wrenches, mechanical tools, & down hole tools g) Mud & Additives – Bentonite, CR 650 polymer, Baraswell, Aus plug, Aus Gel, and other materials reconditioning the hole.

STARTING HOLE
-Check core barrel assy. parts and accessories including inner tube assy.
- Check the bit clearance depend what kind of ground formation
-Standard diamond bit 1/16" for alternate ground.
-Standard diamond bit 1/8" for solid ground or it depend how know techniques of the driller.
-(TT) Triple Tube diamond bit, no clearance applicable.
4) Perform drilling program as per advised of drilling supervisor as required by the client.
5) To conduct drilling –drill the hole depending on what sizes to be used as required by the client. And depending on the ground formation if we need to reduced the hole into small size in order to get the target depth.

Common Type of Ground:
a) Loss Ground Formation b) Alternate Ground Formation c) Solid Ground Formation
6) Drill as fast as possible in order to get the target depth of finish the hole in the earliest time depending on the technical know-how and skill of the driller
7) Sharpening bits while drilling in order to get the fastest penetration of bit most especially in the hard ground formation.

Common types of sharpening bits:
a) Burn bit – this is use most especially in horizontal hole.
b) By using some object to be dropped inside the drill rods going to the bottom to drill in order to sharp the bit.
c) Concentrated Solution -this is the chemical which you can only soak and order to be sharpening the bit.
8) Sharpening bit most perform depends on the technical know-how and skill of the drillers
9) If the drilling machine gets trouble, inform the drilling supervisors or drilling mechanic as soon as possible to fix.
10) If the hole get trouble, inform the drilling supervisor or drilling technician immediately to fix the problem.
11) If hole is done, inform the drilling supervisor to check and move to another drill hole.
