Training Developer: - Developed an operations manual and operator training program for a 32,500 ton/year Zinc Recovery Plant owned by CalEnergy, Salton Sea, California. The plant was designed to recover zinc from geothermal brine used for power generation. The process involved four Ion Exchange Plants, Solvent Extraction, Electrowinning, Melting and Casting.
Business Development & Sales: - Responsibilities included sales and marketing of Commissioning & Start-up, Maintenance, I&C Engineering, and Training services.
