JOB FUNCTIONS
Recruitment Management: Assist the HR manager in preparing manpower budget, preparing and placing advertisement, short listing the candidate from applications, Preparation of Interview Schedule, Conducting Interview for the candidates for the position up to Executive Level. Short-listing of the candidate from Interview, Salary negotiation. Arrangement for Pre-employment Medical Check up, issuing the Offer Letter, and Completing the Joining Formalities, with use of Orion Package and MS Office.

Performance Management: Discussion with Employees with their Department in-charge on the performance and training needs during appraisal and submitting report to Management. Preparing the Increment Report for Management on the basis of Appraisal. After approval planning for increment letters and Payroll changes.

Training Coordination: Assisting in finding out training needs in Department thru appraisal systems as well as discussion with the Department heads. Scheduling the training program. Assisting in preparation of training calendar.

Job Descriptions and Compensation Structure: Assist HR Manager in preparing job description through out the company, do the salary survey related work, conduct the job evaluation as per the methods approved by the HR manager and assisted him in creating new brand structure in the organization.

Time Keeping and Payroll Management: Monitoring timekeeping systems and submission of reports to the management. Supervising the Wage and Salary administration by verification of attendance records and leaves. In which personally giving attention on payroll final processing till the end of disbursement and remittance of salary.

MIS Reports: Generating MIS Report such as Manpower (salary wise, designation wise and band wise), Organization Chart etc. Designing various reports from the system as per the need of manager that will help him in decision-making process.

Discipline Management and Settlement Formalities: Assist the manager in enquiry procedures, preparation of warning/termination letters. Monitoring the full and final settlement of resigned employees and see to it that they will get it correct benefits and settlement at the earliest.

Administration Responsibilities: In India Looked after the Office Administration Supervision such as Housekeeping, Meeting Arrangement, Travel Arrangement, Hotel Arrangement, and Stationary etc. Maintaining personal files of approx 500 staff plus subject files approx 100. Make data entry in system to update the information, as and when due.

Liaison With Govt. Offices in India: Attended inspections of Provident Fund, E.S.I Corporation, and Professional Tax Office. Visiting these offices as per requirement to solve the employees' problems. Looking after the statutory compliance of Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Scheme, Professional Tax, Deduction of Income Tax, Superannuating etc.
