Resource Star Limited Malawi Uranium exploration (March-Sept 2008)
* Carry out exploration desktop studies and propose exploration plans.
* Proposed, designed and implemented the exploration programmes on behalf of Resource Star Limited.
* Conducting geophysical surveys (scintillometer) and delineation of anomalies.

2006 –Feb 2008: Resource Evaluation Manager - (ZIMASCO Pvt. Ltd., Zimbabwe). ZIMASCO is chrome mining and smelting company operating several chrome mines both on and off the Great Dyke of Zimbabwe.
Duties
* Implementing and monitoring the risk based NOSA Five Star Integrated System to ensuring safe, quality daily duty execution for the Resource Evaluation Department
* Drawing up exploration Capital Expenditure projects, including justification and implementation of such exploration projects as well as cost control.
* Developing, coordinating and managing all exploration work in the Shurugwi, Middle Dyke and South Dyke.
* Calculating and reporting ore resource/reserves as per the SAMREC CODE
* Analysing all exploration data (drilling and trenching), generating 3D block & grade models, colour maps and grade contours using the LYNX Mineworks Collection Software.
* Administration of the Lynx Mineworks collection Software and sampling database management.
* Generating exploration drilling targets and managing the exploration drilling contracts and projects.
* Producing executive reports on all potential sites and projects as well as cash flow projections for capital expenditure.
* Drawing up exploration short and long term plans for assessment and adoption by the company board.
* Defending the company's ore resource reserve statements during audits and due-diligence studies

2006 (Feb-Oct): Acting Operations Planning Manager- (ZIMASCO Pvt. Ltd. Shurugwi Division: Peak and Railway Block Mines, Zimbabwe).
Duties
* In charge of rehabilitation of surface mine workings. Plugging of old shafts as well as fencing of old disused open cast chrome mines.
* Ensuring safe and environmental friendly work practices are employed as per the ZIMASCO environmental, health and safety policy.

* Liaising with Resource Evaluation Department on the exploration drilling needs for the mine.
* Preparing prospect drilling programmes and monitoring the drilling.

* Monitoring of drilling equipment efficiencies e.g. crowns, rods etc.
* generating measured resources and ore resource/reserve calculations for reporting purposes

* Carried out geological investigations and exploration work for Gold Mines and Minerals Development Trust. (GMMDT) funded by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
