* Participate in daily coordination meeting and monthly safety meeting.
* Participate in progress meeting, preparing and issue of permit to work.
* Review and update Safety, Health and Environmental procedure.
* Making certain that operators and contractors are well trained and made aware of various activities, regard to safety, health and environment. Training on safe working culture, emergency drill and etc.
* Safety induction for new operators and contractors.
* Participate in preparing job safety analysis.
* Participate during incident investigation.
* Identify and control any conflicting activities at designated Interface Area within owner and main contractor during pre commissioning and commissioning stage.
* Liaise with Fire Department for unannounced, announced or desktop exercise "Emergency Drill" to operators and contractors.
* Liaise with Environmental Department for schedule waste management
* Liaise with Occupational Doctor for operator's medical record such as hearing test, physical fitness, drug and alcohol analysis and etc.
* Liaise with Technical Department for licensing on fired and unfired pressure vessel, radiation sources and lifting machinery.
* Liaise with Local Authority during machinery installation and performance test prior to get approval for Certificate to Operate
* Purchase, control and issuing personal protective equipment to operators
