Senior Operations Manager supporting repair, conversion and new construction of ocean-class vessels. Coordinate all production, manufacturing and fabrication activities of the following departments: Machine Shop, Outside Machinists, Pipe Shop, Small and Large Panel Lines, 3-D Outfitting, and Electrical including maintenance, as well as Crane and Rigging operations. Responsible for 230 to 290 employees, depending on production demands.

Supervised machine, welding and plastics shop fabrication processes according to production schedules of x-ray and metal detection equipment.
