-Resource Estimation of Venezuelan and Dominican gold deposits for independent securities reporting.
-Evaluated grassroots stage Platinum-Palladium property, commenced negotiations, and initiated corporate setup for client in Uganda, East Africa.
-Self-funded Archean Copper-Zinc Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide exploration in northern Ontario, Canada. Successfully identified a high calibre target after completing an innovative program of collecting and analyzing lithogeochemical, geophysical, and geological data. First stage drill testing by optionee has yielded encouraging results.

Managing Exploration Consultant (1995-1998)
-West African Exploration Manager for AFRICA MINERAL RESOURCE SPECIALISTS INC., an American based consulting firm specializing in exploration and project management in Africa. Given autonomy to open and setup regional office in the capital city of Accra, Ghana. Hired, organized, trained, and mentored national technical and administrative staff.
-Successfully identified and acquired properties for clients as well as proposed and managed the subsequent exploration programs. Other activities included property appraisals and technical audits of gold properties for mining companies and investors for gold and platinum/palladium properties in Ghana and elsewhere in West Africa (Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali).
-Provided a successful spoon-auger drilling service to clients.

-Member of a two-person advance team that evaluated reconnaissance and property scale exploration targets in remote tropical rain forest for HOMESTAKE MINING COMPANY. Two reconnaissance solicitations brought forward to property evaluation stage. Both ultimately advanced to 250,000 oz measured/indicated resources each, with abundant inferred resources apparent.
-Managed a diamond drilling program and prepared resource estimation for a Venezuelan client, AURIFEROUS DEL SUR C.A. Results enabled client to acquire foreign investment to further develop the property.
-Reverse circulation drilling of Lo Increible Trend, El Callo. (BEMA GOLD CORPORATION)
-Procured computer hardware/software for HOMESTAKE MINING COMPANY'S head office in Venezuela, inclusive of CAD system. Trained technical staff in PC-Xplor (geological database management/graphical presentation software).

-Initiated structural analysis of deposit that led to explanation of higher-grade ore shoots in an otherwise disseminated Proterozoic ore body in laterized limestone.
-Sample compositing, interpreted and blocked out sections and level plans in preparation for open pit resource estimation. Resources ultimately assessed at 7.7 mil oz gold (Sadiola Hill). Logged core and maintained integrity of TechBase database.

-Parachuted into a troubled feasibility diamond drilling program to reorganize and manage technical operations for drilling-off of a 8 mil oz gold deposit (Bulyanhulu)
-Trained and mentored national geologists in computer core logging, proper core sampling techniques, target selection, geotechnical data recording, database management, computer plotting, and deposit modelling.
-Supervised a camp staff composed of 8 expatriates and 30 nationals.
Archean Lode Gold: Ontario, Canada
Project Geologist (1980-1991), PLACER DOME INC.
-Generated projects. Supervised and coordinated activities of geological staff and contractors on concurrently run projects. Extensive experience in mapping, magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical interpretation, core logging, and modelling of diamond drill hole data. Trained on Gemcom's PC-Xplor and GeoModel II Resource Estimation software.
-Managed several gold properties in northern Ontario from inception to deposit definition plus co-managed feasibility drilling for multimillion oz Musselwhite banded iron formation (BFI) hosted deposit.
-Created an exploration model for an Archean Lode Gold deposit (Detour Lake) after compiling and interfacing a digital geological database with an aeromagnetic imaging system. Structural geology emphasis.
-Participated in feasibility drilling of porphyry Cu-Au deposit in Triassic-Jurassic alkaline intrusive, British Columbia (Mount Milligan).
