Responsibilities consist of editing and correcting mining permit applications for various clients companies that Linn Engineering consults for. This involves AutoCAD and general engineering technical work.

INCOME TAX COMMISSIONER Village of McConnelsville, Ohio
(February, 2003 to November, 2003)

Responsibilities were to collect the income tax monies and apply to the proper account and assure that the tax documents were filed on time.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER Chesterhill Stone Company
(November 1994 to January 2003)

Safety Responsible for both MSHA and OSHA Safety programs at all 12
facilities and 120 employees.
Wrote and enforced the safety policies for Chesterhill Stone

(June 1972 to November 1994)

Permitting Responsible for all ODNR (Mining), Corps of Engineers, and
Explosive Permits (Federal and State level)

Reclamation Responsible for the field inspection for 50,000 acres in various stages of reclamation. Also supervised various contractors for reclamation work involving, rip rap, aerial seeding and fertilizing the reclamation acreage. Supervised 10 workers.

ACHIEVEMENTS

In the 20 years of permitting there was never a late filing.
The contactors the work was done economically and without any accidents
A reclamation progress report was created to track the acres that were affected, reclaimed and released. This report was crucial in tracking the progress of the 50-75K acres in active status.
An annual presentation was made to the Ohio Mining and Reclamation
Association that would highlight an area (500-1,500 acres) The presentation would be judged against other Ohio companies.
