Additional Sales experience in marketing of Refratechnik refractory, Bricking solutions (refractory demolition machines & brick laying machines for rotary kilns) and Steel Castings for Cement & Quarry industries.

2. DLF Cement (FLS designed 1.5 Million Tonnes per annum Dry Process Plant) (Feb. 95 to Aug. 95):
Erection, Commissioning and performance guarantee of Rotary Kiln 4.35 X 65m (FLS- ILC Preheater), Atox Coal Mill, Coolax Cooler, Cooler ESP, UMS 46 Cement mill & Limestone Stacker Reclaimer.
3. Jaypee Bela Cement (FLS designed 1.7 Million Tonnes per annum Dry Process Plant)(Aug.95 to Aug.97):
As Resident Engineer for erection, commissioning, performance guarantee of Rotary Kiln 4.75 X 75(FLS-SLC), CF Silo, Coolax Cooler ME14102, Entire Cement department involving UMS 46 X 16.5 (Centrally driven)- 2nos. with Sepax Seperator, Electrostatic precipitators-4nos., Fly Ash Dryer, all process fans, Aumund & Rexnord Deep Conveyors & Bucket Elevators, Cement Silos and all other auxiliaries such as Bag Filters, air Slides, Drag Chain Conveyors, Dosimat Feeders, solid Flow meters, CP pumps, etc.
4. L&T Cement, Tadipatri (FLS designed 2 million tones per annum Dry Proces Plant)(Aug.97 to May 98):
Erection & Commissioning of Vertical Roller Mills (Atox 50 Raw Mill, Atox 27.5 Coal Mill), UMS 46 X 11 Cement Mills with Koppern Roller Press, Electrostatic Precipitators & Beumer make belt bucket elevators.
Was transferred to Technical Services as Service Engineer in May 98.

5. Gujarat Sidhee Cement: Boring, Reaming & re-alignment of Kiln girth gear.
