RANDSBURG INTERNATIONAL GOLD CORP, Vancouver, Canada 1997-2002

President/Director:
I was responsible for the research and acquisition of mining properties in the areas of diamonds, base, and precious metals. Property acquisition and development locations included Mexico, Angola, Columbia, Argentina and Canada. The Angola diamond concession was the third largest concession given to a foreign mining company, comprising of 13,000 square kilometers. I was directly responsible for the negotiations with the government of Angola (ENDIAMA) for the acquisition and contractual resolution of this property. Developed a base camp for a staff of approximately 40 people including geological, drilling, engineering and mechanical components. The Angola concession was in a very remote location with no roads or airstrips. Roads and airstrips were built to accommodate logistical needs. Directed a drilling and dredging program on this property to develop its diamond bearing reserves. Formed various Joint Ventures with related mining companies to develop and share in the expense of the particular projects. Base and precious metal development, which included base camp construction and drilling programs, was my responsibility in the above-mentioned countries.

LENCO MINING & DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL, Brant Lake, NY 1994-2001

President/Director:
Formed a private corporation to acquire and develop an 8,000 square kilometers gold bearing open pit concession in S.W. Columbia. Negotiated with the Columbian government to construct and develop a production site on government owned gold producing property. Property was only accessible by small turbulent rivers, which posed many logistical complications. Airstrips were not possible because of regulations limiting small runways due to drug transportation. A method of building a flotilla of barges to provide the necessary logistical needs was accomplished to provide the logistical requirements. Complete financing and construction of mining camp to facilitate 380 personnel was completed before projections. Hiring of local and expatriates professionals to complete the mining operation staff which included geology, engineering, mechanics, security, equipment operators, etc. was accomplished. Mine was operating on a 24/7-production basis. Production facilities incorporated mobile and fixed production plants. Mine was located in the rain forest of Columbia, which made the design of earthmoving and handling equipment very specific for this application.

Accomplishments:

* Planned and built a complete mining camp for a rotating continuous staff of 400
personnel on a 24/7-production basis.
* Incorporate security as an integral function in a remote producing gold property.
* The ability to plan and develop a project with the third largest rainfall in the world.
* Built sawmills, engine plants, machine shops on site to facilitate downtime and cost saving programs
* Initiated a completely functional mining operation including departments in: geology, engineering, production, exploration, mechanical, accounting, logistics, spare parts, etc..
* Plan development on increasing reserves, as production was ongoing.

Investment Banking:

I was responsible for advice to institutional and individual clients through varies investment firms, Kidder Peabody & Co., Paine Webber UBS Securities, E.F. Hutton, and Northeast Securities. Prepared market analysis with respect to market sectors. Advised on asset allocation with segmental investments in fixed income, equities, and cash. Mining sector analysis was a strong point based upon hands on experience. Advised private and public companies for their needs for funding including initial public offerings, joint ventures, debt, reverse take over, and reorganizations.
