•Clean Water Act (CWA): Managed Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to include updating and maintaining current program. Conducted sampling events/Inspections; developed a records management scheme to demonstrate compliance with the CWA.

•Clean Air Act (CAA): Managed all aspects of Tier I (Title V) and Tier II operating air permits. Wrote and submitted several permit-to-construct documents to IDEQ/EPA for approval.

•PC-MACT (NESHAP): Coordinated and managed all aspects of 40 CFR part 63 LLL (PC-MACT NESHAP), as it related to the plant affected sources (ESP inlet temperature control for the two rotary kilns), along with mill circuits.

•Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA): Waste management/characterization to maintain Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG) status. Profiled and disposed of hazardous waste. Developed Waste Management Plan for plant/quarry.

•MSHA/OSHA Compliance: Continuously directed efforts towards ensuring compliance with federal and state safety laws and regulations including MSHA/OSHA. Worked with employees to develop safe job procedures for their work areas through Job Safety Analyses and ensured that they were consistently followed. Coordinated the purchasing of proper safety equipment including personal protection equipment, first aid supplies, etc. Coordinated the proceedings of Safety and Health Committee meetings and monitored its activities. Additionally, I was responsible for administering first aid and CPR as needed. Currently seeking certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), with coursework completed. Written test to be taken in April 2003
