I developed and executed an in-fill drilling program in the mine and activities of geology exploration for new new areas.

ACHIEVEMENTS
I kept the mine production uninterrupted in normal conditions and often abnormal ones, because the labor conflicts to the national goberment, and interruption of the access way to the local community and other essential services.
I kept the production with high safety standard in spite of severe equipment deficit caused by delays in the replacement of aged equipment fleet.
I eliminated the needs of foreign contractors in key development projects, such as a new access way to the mine and small dams, saving money for the profit of the company.

Along with all responsibility during a long severe crisis I surpassed the capital deficit and the reserves reduction in the oxidized minerals phase.
I began and direct programs for getting the maximum availability of the mine equipment park.
I coordinated all activities in the mine to minimize the delays to complete the carbon in leach plant and permit the start up of transaction ore.
