Put into service the 1st Tamrock Driltech Product with Peabody Western Coal company, North Eastern Arizona, increasing the market share by 15%.
Delivered the 1st D90K drills to Freeport Mc Moran Mine in Iran Jaya Indonesia.
Fleet now totals 10+ D90K drills.

1989 – 1993 - Put into service over 60 Driltech drills from C25K's to D90K's throughout the western states and abroad.

POSITION: OPERATIONS MANAGER REGION AFRICA

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Facilitated the transfer of Driltech Mission Distribution to Sandvik Tamrock from O & K Dealer.
2) Involved in all aspects of the distribution of Driltech Mission products, i.e. sales, service, parts, equipment maintenance & operator training, as well as interaction with all regional customers throughout Africa.
3) After-sales follow-up & support.
4) Generation of required Spares & Inventory
5) Assisted in preparation of Maintenance & Service contracts and Sales Tenders.

POSITION 1: TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
WESTERN REGION AND INTERNATIONAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Regional area management of product support, as well as ongoing operator and maintenance training in spare parts. Markets included hard rock and coal mining concerns, construction aggregate producers, exploration and construction markets.
2) Development and re-development of dealer network in every aspect of promoting and increasing machine productivity, inventories, product training and support.
3) Substantial interaction between end user customers, dealers, factory engineering and assembly personnel in order to insure quality of products.

POSITION 2: TERRITORIAL TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Included systematic contacting of customers and distributors regarding:

2) Operator and Maintenance Training
3) On-going training and monitoring to insure availability. This involves responding to equipment failure, performing trouble-shooting and returning equipment to production. Territory consists of all fifty states also spent three years working international territories.
