* Maintenance of Mining Machineries (14 HM TEREX R35 & 1035N Dumpers, 5 HM 2021 Loaders, 03 BEML PC650 Shovels, 01 H55N DEMAG Shovel, 02 RECP Drill Machines & 01 BEML D80 and 01 BEML BD155 Dozers) responsible for production of 2.4 MMT limestones per year for the production of 1.7 MMT Cement Per Year.
* Budget Preparation, Tyre and diesel consumption report preparation, monthly machine performance report preparation.
* Brought down Engine Oil consumption by 20%.
* Implemented Centrifuge filtration technology to enhance the life of engines as well as Condition Based Monitoring of the same.
* Installed the fuel flow meter to control the consumption by the machines.
* Tried the radial tyres instead conventional ones and hence the improvement of the Tyre lives as well as reduction in downtimes due to punctures.
* Developed the computer programs and database to carry out the computer aided maintenance and Condition Based Monitoring.
* Developed software to maintain the Tyre Records and analyses of their lives.
* Trial of using SKO (Super Kerosene Oil) instead of HSD in HEMMs is undergoing.
* Installed Centrifugal Hydraulic Filtration Unit to Reuse the Used Oils like HLP68,
Ultra 10, and SAE 30 Transmission Oil etc As Topping Up after centrifugal filtration.
Expected Cost Reduction will be 25% in These Oils.
* Standardized The Engine Oils to SAE 15 W 40 (SF4 / SG4) Oil. Started Using Fuel
Additives and Regularly Carried the Fuel Analysis also.
