Served as HSE director for drilling operations in Bolivia, Colombia and Peru. Responsible for HSE, fire prevention and security for 7 drilling rigs in Bolivia, 9 in Colombia and 1 in Peru. Prepared and carried out training of all personnel expatriate and local in safety orientations and contents of HSE manual, Stop for Supervisors, Defensive Driving, Welding Cutting and Brazing. Assisted in HazOp and post HazOp engineering design changes and made appropriate recommendations.
