A few years ago I have been involved with a major project at Navachab Gold Mine in Namibia while working for AngloGold Corporate Field Services. I liked it so much that I decided that I wanted to work in Southern Africa to take up contract work in the near future, ( self employment / contract employment ) instead of a permanent career with AngloGold . I also have a close friend that worked with you in Zambia for 10 years and I liked what I heard from him.

Since I left Anglogold in March 2001, I have been working in Tanzania for Askari Mining ( t/a Lupa Gold Mine ) and Afritech on Gold Projects. Then I also worked for Afrikander Leases Gold Mine as Metallurgical Manager ( Senior Mine Management Level ).

I love Africa, it's People and it's Nature and I am very interested in this career opportunity. I like to meet African people and I understand them and go along with them very well.
