Working experience in medium frequency induction furnace, high pressure molding machines such as HFM 30, AGM 2040 (German machines) and automatic sand preparation units.
Having good experience in Pot line (CD20 pots), primary aluminium production and all production activities in pot lines.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
* Melting power consumption reduced 9 units/ton of molten metal.
* Reduced the melting charge material cost by varying the charge material proportions. Annual savings INR 200000/- (Indian rupees).
* Reduced the melting rejection from 1.5% to 0.5%.
* Given many suggestions to reduce the foundry rejection and awarded for cash incentives.

The company produces 882,000 metric tons per annum of primary Aluminium mainly in the form of foundry alloy, extrusion billets and ingots. And also the company manufactures cast iron for captive consumption.

* Reported to Supervisor duties include operation of the induction furnace (charging, melting and tapping of molten metal for grey cast iron melting).
* Controlling the chemical composition, tapping and pouring temperature of molten metal.
Experience in pot line
* Reported to supervisor duties include operation of the electrolytic cell, responsible for operation of 30 pots.
* Monitoring and controlling the cell voltage.
* Changing the consumed anodes in the pot and tapping of molten aluminium with the use of multipurpose cranes.

Texmo industry manufactures electric motors and agricultural pumps. It has captive foundry produces grey iron castings (700 metric tons/year) for use in motors and pumps.

* Reported to foundry manager duties include generating the daily melting schedule, ensuring proper preparations are made before pouring.
* Ensuring molds are poured at proper temperatures and using proper techniques.
* Relining and sintering of induction furnace.
* Planning the material requirements, manpower control and maintaining ISO records.

* Reported to melting supervisor duties include operation of the induction furnace.
