Objective
Project Controls (PC) in industry is my focus. The design/configuration &
ultimate application of systems for the Project Control program, from estimating through project closeout. The ideal system is relatively simple &
the goals are almost always the same: control the date, cost & quality of the deliverable.
I would like to emphasize that I am not an 'IT' type. My stock in trade is the pragmatic configuration and application of Primavera software to 'real world' projects. I have a wealth of field experience.
Current
I have been in the Boise GE Energy Services office for 2 years. I have served as the Master Scheduler for this division's Boise & Chicago offices as well as Administrator & Superuser for Primavera Software for North
America. Project support services are being consolidated under GEPS in
Atlanta and my position was eliminated. My last day was 27feb04.

Profile
I have 24 years of experience in direct construction, project management, project controls, scheduling, estimating and planning. The vast majority of my project history deals with large scope and complexity. In my capacity as project controls manager on numerous jobs, I have ensured that both contractual terms and cost/scheduling documents are in place. I have 13 years of experience with Primavera Software and considered an expert planner/scheduler with an emphasis on critical path analysis and resource forecasting. My recent experience as a project manager in semiconductor and advanced technology industries reflects my overall knowledge of general construction management. I continually receive high marks from owners and G.C.'s in managing time and resources, and my communication skills.
