Mr. Rinella is an Ecologist and Wildlife Biologist for Specialized Ecological Services (http://www.specialized-ecological.com). His primary professional experiences involve Wetland Delineation & Design, Federal & State Protected Species Surveys, and Environmental Planning Studies.
Mr. Rinella has completed the required wetland delineation training course for the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Manual and is eligible for testing by the Corps for the Wetland Delineator Certification Program. As a seasoned wildlife biologist, Mr. Rinella has also designed and participated in numerous research projects involving all types of fauna, from mammals to fish. Finally, Mr. Rinella is has been trained and certified as an Environmental Professional for purposes of the Environmental Protection Agency's All Appropriate Inquiry.
Mr. Rinella has professional experience performing wetland and ecological studies throughout the United States. He has worked in Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Virginia. He has performed services for a diverse array of clients including Indian tribes, mining companies, airports, railroads, and commercial developers.

SKILLS
WETLANDS: In depth knowledge of bio-geo-chemical processes. Experience with wetland design, creation, and restoration. Extensive understanding of legislation and regulation, experience in wetland delineation, functional assessment, construction observation, and monitoring.
PROTECTED SPECIES: Thorough working knowledge of endangered species survey, habitat assessment, and research techniques. Field research experience with large & small mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish.
