Detailed Job Description:- Area of responsibility includes: -
* Production: Achieved the Target as close as possible.
* Equipment Planning and utilization.
* Equipment Productivity and effective working hours.
* Proper Planning of the pit.
* Proper planning for Blasting and dumping.
* Coordination with Kideco Jaya Agung (Maintain Industrial relation).
* Coordination with Repair & Maintenance department.
* Safety of the Mine area.
* Discipline of the mine officials and workers

Presently My Priorities Are: -
* Reducing the difference between SURVEY AND RITASE.
* Reducing the difference between FMC hours and Production Hours
* Maintaining the blasting cost within the range of 0.17 US$ to 0.18 US$.
* Controlling the solar consumption in each unit.
* Controlling cost efficiency.

In Production, my responsibilities includes:-
1. Reporting to the Project Manager directly.
2. Daily planning and organizing of staff and equipment with getting prior approval from the Project Manager at the beginning of the shift.
3. Allocating, monitoring and controlling the daily activities of mining personnel and ancillary personnel.
4. Liaise and coordinate with the operations supervisors to make sure there is proper implementation of the work plans.
5. Daily site inspections and identify the areas for improvement in production, safety, etc
6. To ensure all aspects of safety and training requirements are meet in accordance with the regulations of the government and the company.
7. Preparation of production and Downtime Reports.
8. Planning of manpower and machinery for achieving the target.
9. Ensuing effective utilization of manpower, material, machinery and other related sources.
10. Maintaining equipment productivity and effective working time.
11. Reach the target as close as possible.
12. Implementing the systems, work practices, etc, at Mine site.
13. Liaising with maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment availability.
14. Machinery Performance & Downtime Analysis for the enhancement of productivity and Availability.
15. Training and Re-orientation programs for workers
16. Ensure proper discipline of the workers in the mine.
17. Production Cost Analysis and Control.

In Engineering, my responsibilities includes:
Mine planning:
1. Assistance the preparation of the short term and long term mine plans & annual mine plan.
2. Review of short and long-term mine plans to ensure optimum recovery material.
3. Actively seek opportunities to improve the mining process, particularly with regard to recovery and coal quality, and develop formal improvement plans.
4. Identify the opportunities to improve the efficiency of hauling system.
5. Ensure dumps, benches, slopes and haul roads are maintained in suitable condition.
6. Reclamation of topsoil dumped with proper vegetation
Blasting:
1. Ensure cost efficiencies for Managing and Supervising of Drilling and Blasting operations.
2. Design of drilling patterns suitable for the rock conditions exits in the mines.
3. Planning and designing of blasts in terms of charge factor and blast volume, with respect of burden and spacing and concerned benches.
4. Carrying out of blasting operations in liaison with kepala technic tambang for the overburden excavation and coal production from the mines.
5. Strict implement of safety regulations at the time of storing of explosives, charging and firing of rounds.
6. Periodical training of workmen involved in blasting operations.
7. Monitoring the budgets for blasting set by the management.
