For the over18 years I have worked for J.L.SCHILLING/SOUTH VALLEY DEVELOPERS INC.during my employment I helped supervise the subcontractors, and worked with city inspectors. I called in inspections to the city for homes to be inspected; I also worked on making up punch lists for the subcontractors. I walked each inspection with the inspection and took care of any corrections that needed to be corrected, I operated all of their equipment, and I also maintained their equipment. I assisted the project superintendent. I am very good at operating equipment. I have operated forklifts, trators, loaders, campactors, bull dolzers, scrapers, water truck, and dump truck. I worked on forming up piers holes used for beams for patio's deck beams. I also worked on cleaning out houses, picking up needed supplies. I was in charge of all laborers. I also worked on landscaping houses and lot grading. I have worked on sub drain pipe and landscaping pipe. I also worked on water proofing retaining walls. I also was responsible for erosion control. I am very reliable and loyal person. WHAT ever it takes to get the job done I will do it. I rarely miss a day of work. I am very hard working. Here is a list of jobs I worked on.
1983-1988 CREEK SIDE VILLAGE 205 HOMES
It was part of my duties to make up lumber packages for each lot. I assisted in landscaping and irrigation with the project. Construction clean up. Lot finish grading. IT was part of my duties to work with sub contractors and worked with city inspectors. I supervised labors.
1986 BUEN VISTA A 42 HOME RETIREMENT PROJECT
It was part of my responsibility to help with building the back yard patios, Lot finish grading, Construction clean up. It was part of my duties to supervise laborers, and worked with sub contractors I also worked with city inspectors to inspect the homes. I also assisted with walk though of each of the homes to make up punch lists for the superintendent and the sub contractors. I helped to supervise the project.
1987-1990 WALNUT CREEK A 36 HOME PROJECT
My duties included making up lumber packages for each lot. It was part of my duties to work with sub contractors. Lot finish grading. Construction clean up. I walked each house to make a punch list for me, the subcontractor and the project manager. I worked with city inspectors on the job to inspect the homes. I help supervise the project.
1988-1991 PINE TREE PARK A 36 HOME RETIREMENT PROJECT
It was part of my job to work with other sub contractors. I worked with the city and the inspectors. I assisted in landscaping and irrigation of the project. I helped in the supervision of the project.
1990 MERRILL RESIDENCE
A 9,500 square foot home. It was my responsibility to get the finish grading done. I also worked on construction clean up. I also worked on ripe wrap bags for erosion control.
1990 BILL BROWN RESIDENCE
MY duties included lot finish grading. Working with the sub contractors on the job. I was in charged of irrigation and landscaping. Construction clean up. I also landscaped the residence.
1991-1996 OAK CREEK A 120 HOME PROJECT
It was part of my duties to make up lumber packages for each lot. It was also part of my duties to work with other sub contractors and supervises laborers, and work with city inspectors. I worked on construction clean up. I worked on landscaping and irrigation. I called in inspection for each of the homes. It was part of my job to walk each lot to make a punch list for the sub contractor and the superintendent. I also scheduled sub contractors.
1994-1995 THE INN AT MORGAN HILL A 105 ROOM HOTEL it was part of my duties to made up lumber packages. I operated a forklift, a tractor, a backhoe and a trencher. I maintained equipment. It was part of my job to work with the carpenters. I assisted with building the hotel. I assisted the sub contractors and I assisted in landscaping And irrigation. I picked up supplies and dropped them off. I worked closely with the superintendent.
1994 SCHILLING RESIDENCE IN ARIZONA
I helped with the construction of the 7,000 square foot home. I also completed the landscaping and irrigation on the residence. I worked on the drive way by grading and putting down base rock, I compacted the rock. Then I assisted in putting down pavers.
1996-2001 CENTRAL PARK 300 PLUS HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION
It was part of my duties to do construction clean up, lot grading supervised other employees and sub contractors. I called in inspections to the city and walked each house with inspector. I walked each house and made up punch lists for the sub contractors.
1999-2001 THE INN AT SCOTT'S VALLEY A 180 ROOM HOTEL
While working at the INN AT SCOTT'S VALLEY, It was my responsibility to manage 15 employees, to load and unload supplies. I was in charge of water proffing, landscaping and irrigation. lot grading, concrete work, and erosion control. I was in charge or putting together the sub drain system for the project, and to connect them to the storm drain system. I also worked with all of the sub contractors on the job. I made sure the job ran smoothly. I was in charge of all the equipment on the job. I made sure that needed supplies got to where they needed to be. I worked on some of the concrete on the hotel. I picked up all the supplies and dropped them off as needed. I had a great deal of responsibility on the job. I needed to get things done in a timely fashion. I learned a great deal, while I was working there. I am glad that I had the opportunity to work there. While I worked there I operated the following equipment a 988 loader, a 950 g loader, a backhoe, a tractor, a water truck, a dump truck, a forklift, a trencher, a compactor. I maintained all of the equipment. I worked with the city inspector on the project. It was part of my job to back fill the retaining walls and to use compactors on the soil that was used for back filling. Before I could back fill the retaining walls I water proofed the walls with tar and amber drain. I would job walk the project many times during the day to make sure work got done right and made punch lists for the project manager and myself.
2001 SCHILLING RESIDENCE IN MONTEREY
It was part of my responsibility to assisted in helping to build the 8,000 square foot home in Monterey California. It was part of my duties to do lot grading. I operated a forklift and tractor. I worked on irrigation and landscaping. I assisted in grading the drive way and put down base rock down and compacting the rock. Then I assisted by helping to put down pavers on the driveway. I also assisted in construction clean up; I worked on the construction of the roof beams by making designs on them and staining them, then placing them on the roof.
2001-2002 SAN JOSE FLEA MARKET
It was part of my duties to assist in replacing tarps. Building maintenance's helped with the prefacing of the parking lots.
2002-2002 PACHEO PASS LAND FILL
I was a heavy equipment operator. It was part of my duties to my keep the table flat, free of trash. So that truck's could back up to unload there material. I pushed and compacted the trash. Then at the end of the day I covered it with dirt or adc.while I operated a d8n bull dollzer, a 923f scraper, an 826c compactor assisted in the composting area as well. I operated a fecon grinder, a 950 g loader. We also bagged the compost so the compost could decompose.
2002-2003 BFI
I worked in the composting area, it was my job duties to water the compost every day, then turn it with the scarab. then I took samples of it, and the temperature's,then I would go back to the lab and do the lab work on the compost. I tested the compost for moisture. I operated the following equipment while I was working at BFI a950 g loader, a water truck, a compactor, a roller, a scarab, which is like a big roto tiller. I learned a great deal while I was employed there.
2003-2005 ANTHONY'S LASER LEVELING
I worked for Anthony as a heavy equipment operator. I operated a d7 bull dozer, a 2,000 gallon water truck, and a case tractor. When I stared working with Anthony we started working at aurora mines putting in gabion rock baskets and grading a cannel for the rock baskets. Then I went to work for him in other areas of his business, building dairies. I worked on building pits where all the wastewater from the cows would run into.
FEBUARY THOUGH MAY OF 2005
I worked for Manchester sand and gravel as a heavy equipment operator. I operated a 980 loader and a 988 loader loading unprocessed rock in to 50-ton dump trucks were they hauled it to the crusher, were it was processed in to usable material.
JUNE THOUGH SEPTEMBER 2006
I worked for coke a cola. I worked in the warehouse, loading trucks and unloading trucks. I sorted pallets, and then I took the sorted pallets and then loaded them into the palletizer where finished coke was placed on them and wrapped.

PERSONAL IMFORMATION
I met my wife in 1998.we were married the same year. We have been married now for over 7 years. We have 3 labs. We in joy going for walks with our labs, going camping, take our labs swimming. We love to go to the state parks. I love to learn about history. I also enjoy learning about new work, and how it is done. I love to spend time with my friends and family.
