* Worked as Head of Kumaraswamy Iron Ore Mine (KIOM) of Donimalai Iron Ore project and handled the operations for mechanized opencast Iron Ore Mine by engaging contractor. The Mine is planned to produce 2.0 Million Ton excavation.
* Responsible for Mining / Excavation Contracts – Engineer-in-charge, Total Contract value INR 8,00,00,000 (US $1.6 million).
* Responsible for Mine Production which including Drilling & Blasting, Crushing & Screening Plant, Co-ordination in Production shifts, Safety, Quality Control, Deployment of HEM Equipments, Dispatches of finished product – Iron Ore Fines / Classified Lump Ore (CLO).
* Responsible for resourceful operations & maintenance of opencast mines including heavy mining machinery viz. Hydraulic excavators, Wheel Loaders, Trucks, Wagon Drills and other ancillary equipments at KIOM

* As Manager (Mines) handled the operations for large opencast Lead & Zinc Mine (Rampura Agucha Mine) including project commissioning in coordination with British Mining Consultant under Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) Project.
* Responsible for safe & resourceful operations & maintenance of opencast mines including heavy mining machinery viz. 85 tones Dumper, Hyd. Excavator (6.1 & 4.8 cum cap.), Blast Hole drill 150 mm hole dia., D 355 Dozer, Water Sprinkler, Grader etc. Total material handling at Mines is about 30,000 ton per day.
* In-charge for Deep hole blasting in shifts – explosives used – Site Mix Slurry (SMS), Cartridge and ANFO and charging with SMS Pump Truck & ANFO Mixing Truck.
* As excavation I/c – Job involved shift coordination, heavy blasting with SMS & Cartridge, Pit dewatering,
* Job involved mine planning, waste dump management and development of mine phases on monthly, quarterly, annually and five yearly planning.

* Responsible for safe & resourceful operations & maintenance of underground mines including mining machinery viz. Wagner diesel LHD (3.5 yd3), Electric Jarvis Clark LHD (2.2 cum), CAVO Loader, Alimak Raise Climber, Ring Hole Drill 150/110/57 mm hole dia., Diesel & Trolley Wire locomotives etc. Total ROM about 1200 ton per day.
* Responsible for Mine Development Contracts execution, Shaft sinking/deepening & Raising by Alimak Raise Climber through contractor, Drives, Sump, Crusher Chamber making etc.
* Achieved the ever highest Drilling & ROM Production during 1999-2000 with high quality control norms at Balaria Mine and ever highest ROM / Production during 1998-1999 at Agnigundala Lead Ore Mine.
* Job involved all three shift coordination, Crushing & Hoisting of Ore by Skip (Coepe Winder) Long Hole Ring blasting with Cartridge & ANFO (using ANFO Loader), Mine dewatering,,.
