Diploma in electrical engineering with 19 yr experience in mechanical and electrical field in forging industries. Having knowledge of maintenance, erection, plant lay out, energy saving of forge shop units i.e. pneumatic hammer form 0.5 ton to 10 ton. Forging press up to 2500-ton capacity, up setter 2 inch to 9 inch. & Energy saving audit of supporting equipment including Die shop machinery, heat treatment furnaces and shot blasting machine etc. Liasioning with mpcb, mseb, electrical Inspector etc.
WORK EXPERIENCE
November 1986-January 1992, Bharat Forge Ltd. GED Satara as junior maintenance engineer, maintenance of heavy duty horizontal boring machine skoda make 250dia, CNC lathe, vtl 3meter dia. Eot cranes 25 ton capacity, compressors, sub station, electrical panel, ac and dc drives, total electrica and mechanical maintenances work. liasioning with mseb, electrical inspector etc.
1993-1994 - Kalyani Sharp (I) ltd. as maintenances engineer, plant maintenance work, DG set, compressors, etp, forced ventilation system, sub station, ac and dc drives, conveyers, enviormnt chambers, electrical and mechanical maintenance work, liasioning with mseb, mpcb.
1994-1999 - Patheja Brothers Forgings and Stampings Ltd. Chakan as Asst Manager forge shop maintenance, break down, preventive maintenance of 6 ton pneumatic hammer, Erie make, 5.25ton Russian pneumatic hammer, DG 10, DG 4, 2 ton mpm hammer, 2 ton Erie hammer, 3 inch Ajax upsetter, 6 inch national up setter, 1600 ton forging press ajax make, atlas screw compressor, heat treatment furnaces, shot blasting machines, die sinking machine CNC wire cut machine electronica make etc. Liasioning with mseb, electrical inspector etc. All working as per ISO 9000.
2000-2001 - Ahmednagar forgings ltd, chakan asst. manager forge shop maintenance 10 ton Russian puumatic hammer, 6 ton russin hammer, 3 ton belt drop hammer, 2 ton belt drop hammer, 9 inch upsetter etc electrical and mechanical maintenance work ISO 900 work etc.
2001-2002 - Shri Ganesh Forging Ltd., Pawane Navi Mumbai, as Maintenance Incharge. 6 ton pneumatic hammer, 2 ton belt drop hammer, 1 ton belt drop hammer, Dg20 counter blow hammer, CNC lathes, multi spindle lathes, multi spindle lathe machines, heat treatment furnaces, mechanical and electrical maintenance work. ISO 9000 work.
2002 -2006 manager maintenance in kran Rader Pvt. Ltd., and Western India Forgings Pvt. Ltd., Pune.
Maintenance of 3.25 Russian pneumatic hammer, 2 ton belt drop hammer, 1 ton belt drop hammer, Dg13 hammer errection and maintenance, 8 ton mpm hammer huta make errection and maintenance, open hammer 5 ton capacity errection and maintenance, 1000 ton trimming press wmw make errection and maintenance. 25000 ton water hydraulic press maintenance, energy saving audit work form mitcon completed and measures implemented. 2006 onwards-working in Ahmednagar forgings ltd AMTEK group,chakanas senior manager maintainence of 10 ton, 6 ton pneumaric hammers, 6 inch,4 inch upsetter, 3 ton belt drop hammer,heat treatment furnaces, shot blasting machine, die shop machines, total electrical and mechanical maintainence work, liasioning with mseb, mpcb,etc.
Ahievements:- In Kran Rader Pvt. Ltd., 8 ton hammer errection done, hammer dismantled from Republic Forge Hyderabad (A.P).also all required press 1000 ton. And furnaces desmentelled and erected successfully and production started. DG 13 hammer beche germany make, 2 ton massy hammer desmentelled and errected with foundation drawing foundation made without help of the consultant. Electrical energy saving done by reducing air consumption of pneumatic hammer, sleeve, motion valve changed, air conservior unit fitted and energy saving approx. 40 % achieved i.e. Rs. 4-5 Lacs p.m.
Heat treatment furnaces, previously working on ldo, now modified and started on f.o. approx. saving achieved 5-6 Lacs p.m.
New es system atlas make compressor installation work is in line which will give saving 25-30%
