Description: The first job at this company was in the General Service Department in 1992 as a coffee deliverer. After three months, I was changed to the Human Resources Department as an internal office boy. My job was to collect and distribute all the correspondence at the company. I was promoted to the sales Department in 1993 as a weigner. My duties were to weigh the truck loads of raw materials entering and leaving the company, to write reports on how many tons of raw materials entered and left the company, in order for chief of the Department to make decisions in 1994, I was given a scholarship to continue my studies, which was approved by the vice – presidency of operations. This is how I started to combine my studies with my job, and the end of that year, I was transferred to the production management, as a principal operator. My duty was to supervise the correct operation of the silos and tanks, in order to ensure the appropriate provision of the furnaces. By this time, I was given some in – training service for improving my performance on this task. In March 2000, I got my degree in electronic engineering, and in May of the same year, I got a promotion as a production management engineer. I became a production coordinator, and I had 16 people under my direct supervision our team was in charge of receiving the raw materials by truck and ships temporally. I also had to do the job of an operations coordinator. When I had this job, my main responsibility was on the maintenance of the main equipment in the production area. I had 80 people under direct supervision.

Some Work Experience.

1) Supervision and coordination of the loading and discharge of raw materials, both via trucks or via ships.
2) Updating and writing of ISO 9000 and 1400 documents.
3) Measurement of grinding structures´ charge or discharge in raw and cement mills.
4) Supervision of operative process (from the reception of the raw materials until producing the by – product).
5) Authorize pay orders to contracting companies.
6) Provision of information in projects assigned by the management.
