* Worked in Hilbro Pvt. Limited, Sialkot, Pakistan from 1st January, 1999 till 8th September, 2007 as Quality Assurance Manager and Management Representative. My main responsibilities included the development, establishment and maintenance of quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices which meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Serve as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality and social initiatives to support departmental, functional, site, divisional and corporate quality goals and priorities. Provide focused quality engineering support with operational, or system/services support. Support all quality and regulatory requirements for Medical Device Directive (MDD) CE marking.
o Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and implement effective product and process documentation that supports ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, ISO-14000 and SA-8000 MDD, QSR and internal and external requirements.
* Lead in the implementation of assurances, and process controls designed to meet or exceed internal and external requirements.
* Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
* Assure in the development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
o Characteristic Functions and Responsibilities:
* Essential duties and responsibilities of Quality and Safety engineer which includes but are not limited to activities of Design Control (Product Development), Regulatory Compliance, Process Engineering, data analysis, Complaint investigation and analysis, Manufacturing Support, Training, Metrology, and Quality.
* Ensure FDA and ISO Compliance in all areas of Responsibilities.
* Interfaces with Manufacturing, QA and Marketing as required accomplishing results with little overall guidance.
* Certification to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, CE, and cGMP. Also dealing with CE-Directive, FDA related matters and customer complaints, Chemical Processes, Heat Treatment, Calibration, Process Validation, Application of Statistical Techniques and Human resource management.
* Also worked in S.T.T Pvt. Limited, Sialkot, Pakistan from 11th February, 1995 till 30th October, 1998 as Manager Quality Assurance. My main responsibilities included the development, establishment and maintenance of Quality Management Systems which meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
