On behalf of Kenmare Resources (project owners).
My role was to conduct a thorough logistics feasibility study for the movement/shipments, barging and road transportation of general cargo and overdimensional/over weight cargo to Mozambique.
To determine the viability of beach landing barge shipments for the overdimensional/overweight cargoes. Negotiate with the Mozambique Port Authorities and Government Bodies on several operational issues.
Work with the estimators to determine all costs associated with every facet of 'green field' site preparation.
Work with the Project Team in the final development of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) the team consisted of the project manager, estimators, geologists, design engineers etc.
