* Managing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent
* Build and lead a team of recruiters, sources, talent coordinators to meet the recruitment needs of growing business, utilizing additional temporary recruitment resources to meet demand.
* Work with Managers/HR partners to actively determine whether hiring is internal/external, permanent, temporary, contracted or outsourced.
* To design strategy, policy and procedures for Recruitment and Selection and ensure effective implementation of the same.
* Establish and maintain appropriate KPI systems for measuring recruitment aspects and motivate the recruitment teams to achieve the target.
* Evaluate and invigorate the way in which we source and attract candidates, including preferred supplier relationships, partnering with central sourcing team, competitive intelligence and recruitment marketing.
* Advise on hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, advertising campaigns (web and press), diversity programs, internal mobility and the employee referral program. Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on job specifications, market conditions, competitor information and compensation.
* Ensure all necessary approvals are gained prior to commencement of recruitment and offer. Build relationships, manage, monitor and review performance of preferred vendors.
* Monitor, control and ensure the completion of government formalities such as Employment Visa / Release transfer / Medical / Police clearance etc., within the timeframe and the candidates are updated with all the formalities.
* Promote training in selection interviewing techniques to partners and managers who interview candidates.
