* Overseeing complete uranium exploration assignments & drilling projects of northern & western India, working with large contingent of geoscientists, drilling & supporting engineers and staff.
* Administered project formulation, resources allocation, co-ordinating exploration work, technical coaching, performance monitoring and reporting.

Project Leader- Airborne Survey- Remote Sensing Group, AMD-DAE, 2001-2004
* Promoted to lead the airborne survey remote sensing group dedicated to uranium exploration, delineated large number of uranium target areas.
* Effectively managed high cost, multi-disciplinary, and technology driven airborne survey tasks; identification of areas, flying agency, liaison with different departments for obtaining flying permits, overseeing complete flying operations, data processing, interpretation at very low cost.
* Co-ordinated remote sensing application for thematic geological mapping, created per exploration database and created models using GIS for targeting uranium zones.

* Supervised entire airborne survey operations, data processing, integration and interpretation.
