I am male thirty-one years old with a good health, working habit and have strong motivation to develop. Easy going to adaptation in new community. My last education is Strata-1 Hasanuddin University in Makassar Indonesia, and major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

At present, I have been working in PT. Trakindo Utama (The authorized dealer for Caterpillar Product) in Mining Division - PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara gold and cooper mining Batu Hijau Project-Sumbawa NTB as a heavy equipment Maintenance Coordinator since May 2002 until May 2005 for maintain Caterpillar heavy equipments i.e.: CAT OHT 793C, CAT Excavator 5230, CAT Dozer D11R, CAT Loader 994, CAT Wheel Dozer, CAT Grader 24H and CAT OHT 785. Then transfer to PT. Trakindo Utama Sorowako Mining until January 2007, with same position and the job description are cooperating with service Foreman and Supervisor, Planning and Strategy to support service direct in daily operation for maintain Caterpillar Heavy Equipments i.e.: CAT OHT 777C/D, CAT Excavator and Front Shovel 5130A/B, CAT Excavator 385B, CAT Excavator 375B, CAT Genset 3516 and CAT Dozer D8 and D9R. Then, I have been working in PT. Trakindo Utama as Technical Communication Coordinator from January 2007 until now with jobs descriptions are:

1. Failure Analysis: Analyze equipments breakdown, identify root cause of failure and prepare accurate failure analysis reports. Provide accurate failure analysis report for customer and equipment manager.
2. Technical Communicator: Communicate with Caterpillar regard technical issues is not records on Caterpillar Literatures, Seek customer understanding of technical issues effecting equipment operation.
3. PIPs and PSPs Coordinate actions arising from the Caterpillar PIPs and PSPs. Ensure PIPs and PSPs is conduct in timely manner.
4. Literature: Maintain service literatures (SIS, Service Magazine, Service Letter, Engine News, GRPTS, Technical Information Bulletin). Ensure availability of Caterpillar Literatures and distribute to the authoritative parties.
5. EMI: Manage EMI (Equipment Management Issues) and communicate with internal department, Head office, Caterpillar, and customer. Ensure find the root cause of failure and get the resolution in order to the component will achieved the life target
6. Test Iron: Coordinate test iron components from Caterpillar to Product improvement and provide report. Ensure the test iron is conduct and submit report in timely manner
7. Claim Authorization Request: Communicate for claim authorization request to Service Engineer Caterpillar regarding premature failure due to product problem. Ensure CA request is supported and issued by Caterpillar
8. Safety, Health and Environment: Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation). Ensure safe, healthy and clean working place.

As long join with PT. Trakindo Utama, I have been training of Caterpillar and other Products, Safety and Equipment Management.

I have many experience for mechanical, electrical and good skills for testing and adjusting, general maintenance on Caterpillar Product, also mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical instrument trouble shooting at field operation. Familiar with paper work, likes: Planning and Strategy Job, Equipment Health (SOS) and Service Analyst. I have good ability for operating computer MS-office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc), AMT, VIMS, DBS, Dispatch Modular Mining (MMS), Ellipse and MIMS.
But before it, l was worked on others company (LV Dealer), likes: Toyota Dealer, Mazda, Opel, Ford, Kia and Hino Motor Dealer.
