*Completed Ground Control Standards inclusive of support length versus spans, quality testing assessment of new support, communication regarding seismicity reporting, hazard recognition underground, assessing quality of corroded support from flooded workings.
*Completed written Quality Control Program for all ground support types in use at Macassa mine describing proper installation procedures, methods of testing support, with sign off from management supporting the document
*Completed re-entry protocol for large longhole blasts and large magnitude events.
*Utilisation of ACG's ( Australia ) MS-RAP a relational seismic database program with respect to source parameter analysis for large magnitude seismic events,rock mass energy storage and deteriorating rock masses.
*Actively involved in Ontario's Ground Control Committee with quarterly meetings covering various research and ground control issues at various mine sites and providing direction for new research by educational institutions.
