My core responsibilities at the Gove Bauxite Mine will be working on horizon control techniques and dilution and loss issues. Other responsibilities will be to create a GIS database for the Gove Mine/Refinery for environmental monitoring and also give GIS support for worldwide bauxite exploration projects.

* Trained and passed out as a truck driver (777 100t class).

My main task was to complete the Gove Remote Sensing Pilot Project and give GIS support for worldwide exploration projects.
* Received the Nathanael V. Davis Award (Alcan's most prestigious award for employee excellence) as part of the Bauxite Exploration Mining Group for our Remote Sensing Toolbox.
