- Ensures route mail in the absence of AVP and any requests for action and information are furnished in a timely manner and also assesses the urgency and importance of situations to the appropriate personnel/HOD.
- Organise and manage the routine calendar and also establish appointment priorities or reschedule appointments/invitations for the AVP (HSE).
- Picks up and delivers materials if required.
- Order supplies, initiates purchase orders if required and maintain office supplies as necessary.
- Operates office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, etc and coordinates the servicing of equipment.
- Managed and update of HSE Portal as super user in timely manner.
- Operates personal computer to access email, electronic calendaring system, docushare (printing & scanning) spread sheets to gather and compile information/telephone numbers and other basic office support software.
