WORK EXPERIENCE:

TVI Resources Development Philippines, Inc.
- Conducts geological and geochemical mapping, core logging, managing of core house and report writing, among others, in support of the company's explorations for VMS, epithermal gold, and porphyry systems in the Zamboanga Peninsula, Mindanao, Philippines.
- Has been involved in the following projects:

Tamarok-Tapisa Porphyry System duties:
- conducts stream sediment and soil sampling and regional geologic mapping that helped delineate the extent of mineralization;
- supervision of field assistants and pick-up laborers;
- report writing;
- has also assisted with the community relation work to improve the community's acceptance of the project

Balabag Epithermal Project and its adjoining Areas duties:
- conducts core logging, supervision of core sampling, management of core house complex and supervision of diamond drilling;
- alteration and structural mapping, supervision of trenching and test-pitting;
- mapping of existing small-scale miners' tunnel;
- supervision of junior geologists and field assistants;
- also lead the team that conducted stream sediment and rock chip sampling of the nearby porphyry system and potential skarn deposits
- report writing and assistance in the updating of models

Canatuan Gossan Mine duties:
- assist in the mine production by delineating possible extent of rubbly gossan deposit to increase the volume of dwindling resource thru mapping and soil sampling;
- conducts preliminary mapping of the areas outside of the mine site which have shown similar type of mineralization;
- report writing and assistance in the updating of models
