Work Experience:

Presently working as Senior Chemist in Dubai Aluminium Co Ltd (DUBAL) Aluminium manufacturing company in Dubai Since May 1999.

The job involved:

* The Job incorporates the management of manpower and entire laboratory operation right from analysis of all Raw materials, intermediates & Final product of aluminium smelter by classical and instrumental methods to process co ordination.
* Being a key user and having worked as a SAP QM development team member from requirement study phase to go-live phase I posses good command over the SAP QM
* Actively playing leading role in many method development projects.
* Gained many cash prize and other rewards in continuous improvement project
And introduced to lab operation pokka-yoke, JIT ¡K

* Analysis of, Calcined petroleum coke(Green,calcined),recycle anode butts,pitch for all Physical and chemical methods by instrumental(R&D carbon) & chemical methods.

* Analysis of drinking water, distillate, sea water, other treated water and effluents

* Complete responsible for Calibration, standardization of XRF for all the raw materials of aluminium smelter, and quantitative phase analysis of cryolite Bath sample, LC in coke sample, Alpha content in alumina sample by XRD and also Preparation of standard operating procedures(SOP) for any new evaluations.

* Optimization of process parameters & operating parameters with use of lab results and process out puts.
* Completely involved in installation, calibration & trouble shooting of Various XRF and XRD. and well experienced in qualitative & quantitative phase analysis of any crystalline materials by X Ray Diffractometer (XRD)

* Involved in Diff material characterization and detail studies of its impact on process
* Good at ILC,PRECESION,T TEST OF HYPOTHESIS,TEST OF HOMOMGENITY and many other instrument performance and result validation statistics.

* Involved in various CIT,SAT,PEP Projects as member and also a team leader leader

* Very good in process quality performance analysis using all kinds of statistical tool like MSA,T Test, Chi square test,SPC,Z Score,CPk, QC Charts,Six sigma

9. Effect of particle size, on porosity, Bulk density, crystal size and sintering quality of MgO Pellets.

4. Actively participating in implementation of MSA to all the laboratory measurement system ¡VCIT(Member)

5 Applied DAMAC methodology in order to satisfy the very narrow control band of bath chemistry parameters in XRD instrument ¡VPEP (Leader)
